Justin Putman

Justin Putman has a diverse work experience in the field of network engineering and consulting. Justin is currently working as the Lead Network Engineer at Enova International since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Network Consultant at Putman LLC from August 2017 to the present. Justin also gained valuable experience at Cisco, where they held roles as a Technical Solutions Architect for Data Center and Cloud from February 2020 to October 2021, and as a System Engineer from March 2019 to February 2020. Before joining Cisco, Justin served as a Senior Network Engineer at Enova International from March 2017 to October 2018. Prior to that, they worked at Comcast Business as a Senior Network Security Engineer from October 2016 to March 2017. Justin also worked at AHEAD as a Senior Data Center Engineer from November 2015 to October 2016. Justin gained extensive knowledge and skills in network architecture and security during their time as a Network Engineer and Sr. Network Operations Tech at Parus Interactive/Webley Inc from March 2006 to February 2010. Justin has a strong background in network design, implementation, and support, making him a valuable asset in the field of network engineering.

Justin Putman earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Network Security from DePaul University, where they attended from 2007 to 2009. In addition to their degree, Justin has obtained various certifications throughout their career. Justin became a Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP) in Data Center in May 2023, achieved the Cisco Certified Specialist - ACI certification in May 2023, and obtained the Cisco Certified Specialist - Data Center Core certification in November 2021. In January 2021, Justin became a Cisco DevNet Associate. Prior to these certifications, they earned the CCDA certification in June 2018 and became a Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert (CCIE) in Routing and Switching in February 2016. Justin also holds certifications such as Cisco Firewall Security Specialist and Cisco IOS Security Specialist, which they obtained in 2012, and obtained their CCNP (R&S) certification in October 2010. Justin'searlier certifications include CCNA (Security) in August 2009, CNSS/NSA 4011 Recognition from the National Security Agency in August 2009, and CCNA (R&S) in February 2009. Justin also holds the CMNA certification from Cisco Meraki, although the specific dates are unknown.
