Nils Souparis

Nils Souparis is an experienced impact investor at ENOWE since February 2019, and a co-founder of Coucool, a non-profit organization focused on multi-disciplinary art festivals, where responsibilities include team leadership, event production, project management, and artistic direction with an annual budget of €500,000. Previously, Nils served as Chief Operating Officer at Kactus.com from January 2017 to May 2023, driving operational efficiency and sales strategy, overseeing a team of 40, and achieving significant improvements in operational margins and monthly sales metrics. Other roles include Country Manager for Roq.ad and Business Development Intern at Maven, with early experience as a sales intern at L'Oréal.
