Alvear Boshnjaku

Alvear Boshnjaku is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operational management and business leadership. Currently serving as the Managing Director and Head of Operations at Enpal since October 2023, Alvear has previously held significant roles such as Business Manager for Albania, Serbia, Tunisia, and Portugal at Transcom from May 2022 to September 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Site Director at Fusion BPO Services and Duty Manager as well as being part of the Leadership Team at Albacall SHA from July 2012 to April 2022. Alvear's career began as an Information Technology Specialist at the Ministry of Defence Albania from May 2009 to July 2012, showcasing a robust background in both technology and management.
