Catalina Frink is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as People Lead at Enpal, Catalina previously held multiple roles at Klim, including People & Organization Lead, where foundational people and culture processes were established. At Jodel, Catalina functioned as People & Organization Business Partner, developing performance frameworks and leading organizational restructuring. Earlier experiences include Entrepreneur in Residence at talent360 GmbH, where foundational People & Operations processes were developed, and Talent Acquisition Manager at Joblift.
