Maxim D.

Maxim D. has a diverse work experience, starting in 2013 as an Inhouse Consultant at Deutsche Telekom AG. Maxim then worked as a Strategy Consultant at CESAL in 2014 before becoming the Chair of Econometrics at WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management in 2015. In 2016, they founded Seven Lanes and served as the Founder & Managing Director until 2019. Maxim then founded EMG (Enpal Montage GmbH) in 2019 and currently holds the role of Founder & Managing Director. In 2021, Maxim D. transitioned to Enpal as the Senior Leadership & Managing Director.

Maxim D. obtained their Abitur from Emil-Fischer Gymnasium. Maxim pursued a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration at WHU – Otto Beisheim School of Management. Additionally, they completed a semester abroad at Thammasat Business School as part of their Bachelor of Business Administration studies.
