Donna Sipl

Donna Sipl, GLS, is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in global trade compliance and logistics. Currently serving as Senior Manager and Head of Global Trade Compliance at Enphase Energy since October 2024, Donna also co-founded RC-Ivy Corp in June 2019, where responsibilities include overseeing compliance in the transport of used cooking oil in the Philippines for various applications. Previous roles include Senior Manager at SunPower Corporation, overseeing global logistics and trade compliance, and Director of Global Logistics and Trade Compliance at Manhattan Beachwear. Donna's career began in the public sector as Chief of Staff to a Manila councilor, complemented by a strong educational background, including degrees in Global Logistics and Law from California State University and Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila.
