Sandeep Narla

Sandeep Narla is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the renewable energy sector. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering - Special Projects at Enphase Energy, Sandeep manages a team of over 60 engineers across multiple geographies and oversees product development activities involving more than 150 personnel. Prior roles include Senior Principal Systems Architect at SunPower Corporation, where Sandeep was instrumental in system architecture, design, and program management, as well as Sr. Systems Architect at Tesla, contributing to several high-profile battery and powerwall projects. Sandeep’s career also includes significant contributions at SolarCity, Power-One, and US Hybrid Corporation, showcasing a strong background in electrical engineering and product innovation within the energy landscape. Sandeep holds a Master's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The University of Akron and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Osmania University.
