Michelle Schoy

Michelle Schoy has over ten years of work experience in the field of human resources. Michelle began their career at ConsultUSA in 2011, where they worked as a Training Coordinator and later as a Human Resources Coordinator until 2014. In 2014, Michelle joined Eat'n Park Hospitality Group as a Benefits Administrator and gradually progressed through various positions, including Health & Welfare Plan Specialist, Benefits Manager, Assistant Director of Total Rewards, and currently holds the role of Director of Total Rewards. Their expertise lies in total rewards, benefits administration, and HR coordination.

Michelle Schoy completed the Dale Carnegie Course in Effective Communications & Human Relations at Dale Carnegie Training. Michelle pursued this course until 2017. Prior to that, Michelle attended the University of Pittsburgh-Johnstown from 2007 to 2011. During their undergraduate studies, they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business with a dual major in Marketing & Management.
