Riccardo Soff

Riccardo Soff has a wealth of experience in sales, operations, and engineering. Riccardo began their career in 2006 as a Traffic Manager in Transportation/Process Engineering at Amazon. In 2008, they moved to Marchex as a Domain Manager, where they generated over $35 million in sales and managed a yearly renewal spend of $3 million. In 2012, they co-founded Runway2Street, an online fashion retail startup, and in 2013 they co-founded enqos, a company that empowers ideas by enabling entrepreneurs, innovators, and product leaders build and scale products more efficiently. In 2017, they became a Charter Member of TiE Seattle, a global organization fostering entrepreneurship through mentoring, networking and education. Riccardo also volunteers at TiE Angels Group Seattle (TAGS), an angel investment group formed by Charter Members of TiE Seattle.

Riccardo Soff obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B-Tech) in Information Technology from Hindustan College of Engineering between 1998 and 2002. Riccardo then went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in International Business from Oklahoma City University between 2004 and 2006. In 2007, Riccardo obtained a PMP Certification from the International Institute of Project Management and a Project Scheduler Certification using MS Project from the same institute. Riccardo also obtained a Six Sigma Green Belt from Benchmark Six Sigma in 2009.
