Binoli Patil

Binoli Patil has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Binoli recently joined Enrich in 2020 as the Head of People Connect. Prior to that, they worked at TRUST FOR RETAILERS & RETAIL ASSOCIATES OF INDIA (TRRAIN) from 2017 to 2020 in the role of Head of People and Content Management. From 2013 to 2020, they worked at HyperCITY Retail (India) Ltd. as a Senior Manager. Before that, from 2010 to 2013, they were an Assistant Manager of Learning and Development at Planet Retail Holdings Pvt Ltd. Binoli started their career in 2008 at SHL India Pvt Ltd as a Psychologist, specializing in report writing and analysis.

Binoli Patil completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Mithibai College of Arts Chauhan Institute of Science and A.J. College of Commerce and Economics from 2002 to 2006. Later, they pursued a Masters in Applied Industrial Psychology with a specialization in Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the University of Mumbai from 2006 to 2007.
