Sarah Seegal

Sarah Seegal is the CEO of Affect Mental Health and the founder of Mental Health Innovations, both focused on leveraging science and technology to improve mental health care access and quality. As an Executive Facilitator at Join Enrich, Sarah connects leaders from top companies for career growth through curated peer groups. Previous experience includes directing coaching initiatives at Lantern, managing growth operations at One Medical Group, and serving as a project manager at Breakthrough Behavioral. Sarah co-founded The Listening Center to support students navigating mental health challenges. Education includes a BA in Psychology and Economics from Vassar College.
