Roger Hansson

Roger Hansson is an experienced professional with a diverse background in education, coaching, and facilitation. Currently serving as a Handledare at EnRival AB since October 2022, Roger assists job seekers in finding employment and education opportunities while building networks with employers and organizations. As a Facilitator and processledare at Stiftelsen Ekskäret since December 2015, Roger leads courses that focus on motivation and values-based self-leadership. Previous roles include Educator at Folkuniversitetet, where Roger taught self-leadership, and various positions in coaching and training at Alma folkhögskola uppdrag AB and ER Utveckling AB. With significant experience in youth programs as Avdelningschef at Norrtälje kommun, Roger has also obtained several certifications in NLP and leadership from multiple universities.
