Katie Layt

Katie Layt has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Katie started their career as the President of the University of Hertfordshire Students' Union in 2003. From there, they moved on to become the Internationalisation Coordinator at Fuzhou University in 2004. In 2005, they joined the University of Hertfordshire and served as an International Officer until 2009, when they were promoted to Senior International Officer. In 2015, they transitioned to Navitas, where they held the position of Director of Marketing and Admissions (ARU College) until 2021. Currently, they are working as the Director of Growth and Retention at Enroly.

Katie Layt has a Bachelor's Degree in Human Physiology from the University of Hertfordshire, which they completed in 2003. Katie has also pursued online courses, including an MOOC in Effective Communication from the University of Nottingham, and an MOOC in Digital Marketing from the University of Southampton. Additionally, they obtained a Master's Degree in International Relations and Management from the London College of Business. In 2018, they attended a Leadership and Management workshop called altMBA.
