Sian Healy has a diverse range of work experience in the fields of international education, marketing, communication, and community engagement. Sian currently works as an Account Manager at Enroly since 2021. Prior to this, they had a freelance role as an International Education Professional, where they provided advisory work on the international higher education landscape and worked as a Senior Advisor of Student Marketing & Recruitment at Nurture Higher Education. Sian also served as the Strategic Development Director (UK) at Kangaroo Education Foundation Nepal, where they developed relationships with UK education partners for student recruitment.
From 2019 to 2021, Sian worked as an Executive Manager of Communications and Governance at Nurture Higher Education Group. Before that, they were the Community Engagement Team Director at Halcyon London International School, where they were responsible for overseeing marketing, communication, PR, development, and admissions. Sian also developed a long-term strategy for each operational area and established an alumni association.
Prior to these roles, Sian served as the Director of Marketing & Recruitment for INTO China at INTO University Partnerships from 2011 to 2017. In this role, they managed marketing campaigns, budget, and recruitment reports, resulting in increased student enrolments and revenue. Sian also worked as an International Officer at Goldsmiths, University of London, where they managed and developed the South East Asia market and assisted with UK recruitment.
Sian's earlier experiences include working as a Marketing Manager at Navitas, where they focused on market management in Asia and South America, and as an Account Coordinator at Work Communications, where they managed stakeholder relationships and implemented media campaigns. Sian also worked as an Insolvency Examiner at The Insolvency Service.
Sian Healy's education history includes various courses and degrees. In 2000 to 2004, they attended The University of Sheffield where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Chinese Studies & Business Studies. In 2001 to 2002, they also studied Chinese language at Nanjing University. Later, in 2016 they attended the University of the Arts London to study Social Media Marketing. In 2018, Sian completed a course in Wordpress Websites and Blogs again at the University of the Arts London. Finally, in 2019, they pursued a course in Practical Media Relations at the same university.
