Brooke Sinclair

Brooke Sinclair, CHMM, CSP, currently serves as a Senior EHS Regulatory Specialist at EnSafe, a position held since January 2023. Prior experience includes two decades at Knoxville Utilities Board, where Brooke held multiple leadership roles, including Director of Engineering and Director of Construction, overseeing a diverse team of approximately 30 professionals focused on the natural gas distribution system. Earlier roles at Knoxville Utilities Board encompassed management of safety, security, and technical services, providing oversight for numerous environmental programs. Brooke began the professional journey as a Project Manager at Environmental Consulting & Testing from May 1999 to February 2003. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Plant and Soil Science with an Environmental Science Concentration, both obtained from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
