Colleen Timmer Cfcm, Ncma Fellow

Colleen Timmer has a comprehensive work experience in contract management and administration. Colleen is currently the Director of Contracts at ENSCO, Inc. since November 2022. Prior to this role, they held various positions at General Dynamics Information Technology, including Contract Expert from September 2021 to November 2022, Senior Contract Manager from June 2017 to December 2021, and Contract Manager from May 2016 to June 2017. Before that, they worked at DynCorp International as a Contract Manager from March 2014 to May 2016 and as a Logistics Operations Lead/Deputy Program Manager from October 2013 to the present. In their role as a Contracts Administrator, Senior from June 2012 to the present, they actively managed and administered contracts for the Department of Defense, maintaining customer satisfaction and communication. Colleen also worked as a Contracts Administrator at DynCorp International from March 2010 to June 2012. Earlier in their career, Colleen served as an Office Manager Executive Assistant at Kishimoto.Gordon.Dalaya PC from April 2006 to March 2010 and as an Administrative Assistant at Emerging Markets Management from 2004 to 2006.

Colleen Timmer, CFCM, NCMA Fellow began their education at the University of Maryland, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from 2002 to 2004. In addition to their academic achievements, Colleen pursued further professional development and obtained certifications. Colleen completed the Contract Management Leadership Development Program offered by the National Contract Management Association (NCMA) in July 2016. In April 2012, Colleen completed the "Contracting with the Federal Government" program at George Mason University. Colleen also holds certifications as a Certified Federal Contract Manager (CFCM) and as a NCMA Fellow.
