Dennes Zorrilla has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of information technology. Dennes began their career in the US Army, where they served in various roles such as Service Desk Technician, IT Specialist, VTC Administrator/ A/V Specialist, MJ6 Administrator/ VTC Administrator, Alternate COMSEC Custodian, Information Systems Noncommissioned Officer, Service Desk Technician/ Legacy Messaging System Manager, Information Assurance Technician, and Service Desk Technician.

During their time in the US Army, Dennes Zorrilla demonstrated exceptional technical support skills, managing trouble tickets, providing technical support for mission-critical systems, ensuring compliance with network security policies, and conducting wireless scans.

Following their military service, Dennes Zorrilla worked as an AV/VTC Technician at TEKsystems, where they provided video teleconferencing expertise for the US Air Force's EITaaS project. Dennes gathered data on equipment, managed maintenance procedures, and built summaries of information for future technicians.

At Jacobs, Dennes Zorrilla served as a VTC Technician, providing direct video teleconference support to a command-level special operations unit. Dennes supported multinational exercises and real-world events, showcasing their professionalism and expertise.

Currently, Dennes Zorrilla is working as an Information Systems Security Engineer II at ENSCO, Inc., where they are responsible for ensuring the security of information systems.

Dennes Zorrilla's education history includes several academic achievements and certifications. In 2019, they attended Pikes Peak State College and earned an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science, which they completed in 2020. Prior to that, in 2008, Dennes attended the Cortiva Institute-New Jersey and received a Professional Massage Therapy Diploma in the field of Massage Therapy/Therapeutic Massage. In 2002, they graduated from Bound Brook High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma. In terms of certifications, Dennes has obtained several notable certifications. In 2021, they earned the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and the CompTIA Cloud Essentials+ Certification from CompTIA. In 2020, they obtained the CompTIA IT Fundamentals (ITF+) Certification, IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL), CompTIA CySA+ ce Certification, CompTIA Security Analytics Professional – CSAP Stackable Certification, and the CompTIA Security+ ce Certification.
