Selenda Grimes

Selenda Grimes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Selenda started their career at Schlage Locks as a Contract Engineer, where they successfully implemented an inventory control system resulting in increased productivity and cost savings. Selenda then moved on to AccuSystems, LLC as an Operations Manager and Project Manager, where they managed budgets, payroll, and customer installations.

Grimes then joined Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Manufacturing Engineer and Supply Chain Manager, where they were responsible for sourcing, vendor selection, and implementing an MRP ordering system. Selenda later joined Atlas Pacific Engineering as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer, overseeing a facility regeneration project without impacting customer deliveries.

Selenda'snext role was at Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. as a Program Manager, where they managed a $9 million lab move effort and provided program management oversight for the Remote Tracking Station Block Change (RBC) sustainment efforts. Selenda then transitioned to KBRwyle, where they served as a Program Manager during the company's merger with Honeywell Technology Solutions Inc.

Currently, Grimes is working at ENSCO, Inc. as the Director of Space Force Programs and Chief Engineer. In this role, they are responsible for integrating the Space Force Space and Missile Systems Center, leading technical aspects of the Satellite Control Network program, and driving innovation and process improvements across the Space Force portfolio.

Selenda Grimes obtained their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University Pueblo between the years 1996 and 2001. Selenda later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution, graduating between 2006 and 2009. Additionally, Selenda Grimes earned a Leadership Excellence Certification from Academy Leadership in July 2014 and became Certified in Earned Value Management through Honeywell Technology Solutions, Inc. in April 2011.
