Clare Gilby

Clare Gilby has extensive work experience in product management, project management, customer experience, and customer co-creation. Clare is currently working at ENSEK as the Head of Product Delivery. Prior to this role, they held positions such as Head of Product, Product Manager, and Senior Project Manager at the same company. Before joining ENSEK, Clare worked at E.ON UK, where they served as the Senior Service Development & Delivery Manager from 2014 to 2018. Clare also held the role of Customer Experience Manager and Innovation Executive at the same company. Additionally, they worked as a Customer Service Section Manager at E.ON UK from 2006 to 2010 and served as an Overseas Placement Account Manager from 2003 to 2004.
