James Gould

James Gould has a diverse work experience spanning over 10 years. James is currently working at ENSEK as the Head of Service Delivery. Prior to this role, they served as the Head of Service Excellence at ENSEK. Before joining ENSEK, James worked at Igloo Energy as the Head of Industry Operations and Service Manager. James also gained valuable experience at British Gas Business, where they held multiple roles such as Partnerships Manager, Team Manager, and Complex Query Specialist. Additionally, James worked at British Gas as an Energy Solutions Advocate, where they managed technical accounts and billing processes while providing support to the team.

James Gould completed their BTEC National Diploma for ICT Practitioners at Bournemouth College from 2003 to 2005. James obtained their GCSE from Blandford School (Technology College) between 2000 and 2003. Prior to that, they attended Milldown Middle School in Blandford Forum, Dorset from 1996 to 2000.
