Mihir Gawand

Mihir Gawand is a seasoned engineering professional currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at ENSEK since August 2021. Prior to this role, Mihir had a decade-long tenure at Rolls-Royce, where responsibilities included Systems and Software Verification Lead, Software Verification Lead, Unit Testing Team Lead, and Software Engineer. Mihir holds a Master's degree in Reliable Embedded Systems and a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering, both earned from the University of Leicester, with studies completed in 2014 and 2011, respectively.
