Sam Pierzina

Sam Pierzina has a strong background in finance and analytics, particularly in the real estate industry. They worked at Ensemble Investments, LLC from June 2015 to July 2023, starting as a Financial Analyst and later progressing to Associate, Director of Finance & Analytics, and then Senior Director of Investments. In these roles, Sam was responsible for financial analysis, managing projects, supervising junior employees, and creating financial models and packages for financing purposes.

In addition to their real estate experience, Sam also held positions at Downtown Long Beach Alliance as a Board Member and Vice Chair of the Economic Development Committee, UCLA Northern Lights as a Senior Student Supervisor, UCLA Anderson School of Management as a Teaching Assistant, CGHM Consulting Inc. as a Consultant Intern, and CTD Business Consulting as a Research Analyst.
