Rachel Fae Szymanski

Rachel Fae Szymanski is a seasoned lighting designer with extensive experience in the theater industry. Currently freelancing since September 2012 and working with Ensemble Studio Theatre and Spoke The Hub, Szymanski collaborates monthly with playwrights, directors, and technical teams to create short plays. Previously, Szymanski held the position of Resident Lighting Designer at Totem Pole Playhouse and served as Assistant Lighting Designer and Electrics Intern at Actors Theatre of Louisville and Hudson Valley Shakespeare Festival, respectively. Szymanski holds a Master of Fine Arts in Lighting Design for Theater from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Drama and American Studies from Kenyon College.
