Jeff Casinger

Jeff Casinger has over 25 years of experience in business development and organizational change management. Jeff began their career in 1994 as a Senior Account Executive at Genesis Business Communication Systems, where they established their network in the technology community and used cold calling to produce leads and referrals that they turned into successful project pursuits. In 1997, they became the Regional Business Development Manager at OTM Engineering, where they produced proposals and marketing material and expanded their network in the technology community. In 2000, they founded and became the Vice President of Business Development at Trilliant Technology Group, where they developed the internal value proposition and target markets. From 2006 to 2007, they were the Regional Director of Client Development at 4b Technology Group, where they developed relationships with major architects in Texas and won key projects in the Higher Education, Aviation, Public, Federal, and Healthcare Markets. From 2015 to 2022, they were a Senior Associate and Director of Business Development at PGAL. Currently, they are the Director of Business Development at Ensight Haynes Whaley, LLC, where they provide reliable and scalable structural engineering services.

Jeff Casinger received their BS in Economics from Texas A&M University between 1988 and 1992. Jeff also graduated from Conroe High School. Jeff has an additional certification of LEED AP.
