Laurenda McKinney

Laurenda McKinney, PhD, has held the role of Director of Culture and Engagement at a company since November 2021. Prior to this, they served as a Human Resources Director at Ensign Services starting in August 2018.

Laurenda McKinney, PhD, has an extensive education history focused primarily on management and human resources administration. Laurenda started their academic journey in 2007, earning an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Laurenda then went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Healthcare Administration, completing their undergraduate studies in 2013.

Driven by their passion for human resources management, Laurenda pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Laurenda successfully obtained their master's degree in 2014. Continuing their academic pursuits, they also earned a Master of Philosophy (MPhil) degree in Management during the same period.

Motivated to expand their knowledge and expertise in the field, Laurenda advanced further by pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration. Laurenda completed their doctoral studies in 2020, becoming a highly qualified professional in their chosen field.
