Ursula Kubal Guzman, Esq. has extensive experience in employment law and human resources. Ursula is currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources at Ensign Services. Ursula served as Corporate Counsel at Sun Healthcare Group, providing oversight and management for employment law and commercial litigation matters. Earlier in their career, they worked as Counsel at Crowell & Moring LLP, where they litigated wage and hour class actions and individual cases. Ursula also worked as an Associate at Carothers DiSante & Freudenberger LLP, where they litigated wage and hour cases and provided employment law counseling. Ursula began their career as an Associate at Cooley LLP, focusing on employment litigation and counseling.

Ursula Kubal Guzman, Esq. obtained their J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Prior to that, they earned their B.A. from the University of California, Santa Cruz, majoring in Politics and Literature. In addition to their formal education, they also hold an Everything DiSC Certification from Wiley, which they obtained in July 2022.
