Beka Okromchedlidze

Beka Okromchedlidze's work experience begins in 2015 with an Android Developer Placement at Dublin City University. During this time, Beka taught themselves Java and developed an Android quiz app for engineering mathematics students.

In 2018, Beka joined Expleo Group as a QA Analyst, where they were involved in the development of new Business Support Systems for a leading telecommunications company in Ireland. Their responsibilities included extracting test requirements, creating test plans, and executing test cases.

From 2020 to 2023, Beka worked at fissara®, starting as a Quality Assurance Engineer and later serving as a QA Lead & Technical Advisor. They were responsible for setting expected standards, mentoring team members, and ensuring the development of end-to-end management software products specializing in waste, transport, property, and engineering sectors.

Currently, Beka is working at Ensono Digital as a QA Consultant. Ensono Digital is a cloud-native consultancy that designs, builds, and runs cloud solutions for clients, focusing on resilience, innovation, and meaningful customer experiences while minimizing business risk and build cost.

Beka Okromchedlidze's education history begins in 2008 when they obtained their Leaving Certificate from St Vincents CBS. They further pursued higher education and attended Dublin City University from 2011 to 2016, where they earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering. In 2017 and 2018, Beka attended University College Dublin, where they completed a Professional Diploma in Data Analytics.

Beka also holds several additional certifications. In 2018, they obtained the ISTQB Certified Tester foundation level certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board. In the same year, they also obtained the Java Foundations Oracle Junior Associate (1Z0-811) certification from Pearson VUE. Later, in 2019, Beka achieved the DASA DevOps Fundamentals Foundation Level certification from iSQI GmbH. Lastly, in 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
