Kate Butler

Kate Butler is an experienced professional in strategy and change management, currently serving as the Head of Strategy and Change at Ensono since January 2022. In this role, Kate is responsible for the development and execution of cross-functional non-financial targets across Ensono Core and Amido and advancing the strategic and operational goals of the European Growth Ambition. Prior to this, Kate held various roles at Accenture from September 2008 to January 2022, culminating as a Senior Manager focused on enterprise service management transformations. Earlier experience includes consultancy work at EMC, where responsibilities involved data migration and service management advisory, and positions at CSC within Global Infrastructure Services, where Kate contributed to storage area network planning, configuration, and testing. Kate holds a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Geoscience from Cardiff University.
