Ylenia Ossola

Ylenia Ossola, PhD, serves as the Talent Acquisition Operation Manager at Ensono and has previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at The Place for Children with Autism. As the Co-Founder and COO of Wise & Well Academy, Ylenia also contributed as a Senior Management Consultant at Kemlot Consulting, LLC. Currently a PhD candidate in the Business Psychology Program at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology, Ylenia has also worked as an Assessor and served as a Graduate Teaching Assistant focusing on Organizational Attitude and Survey Development. Ylenia earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Business Psychology from The Chicago School from 2014 to 2017 and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from LIUC - Università Cattaneo in 2011.
