Kaitlyn McCluskie

Kaitlyn McCluskie is a Senior Systems Engineer at Enstall since August 2024, previously serving as Engineering Project Manager for Whole Product at Clear Blue Technologies International Inc. from September 2020 to March 2024. During this tenure, Kaitlyn successfully developed and executed project plans for the smart PicoGrid solar controller and implemented a battery maintenance program, achieving a 30% reduction in in-field battery failures. Additional roles at Clear Blue included Application Project Manager and Application Engineer, where initiatives led to improved customer incident resolution and enhanced testing capabilities.
