Tori Schuchart

Tori Schuchart is an experienced Contract Manager currently working at Fincantieri Marinette Marine since March 2021, where responsibilities encompass managing all contracting functions for the LCS and MMSC Programs, including risk assessment and contract negotiation. Tori previously held the role of Contract Manager for the LCS Program, focusing on interfacing with military customers and overseeing the full contract lifecycle. Prior to this, Tori worked at Enstrom Helicopter Corporation since August 2012, delivering $125 million in revenue through the successful execution of over 30 contracts and improving operational efficiencies within contract fulfillment. Tori holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Psychology with a Pre-Law Emphasis from St. Norbert College.
