Mark Roszak

Mark Roszak serves as the General Counsel at io.net since February 2024. As the Founder and Attorney at 1121 Law PLLC since January 2020, Mark also advises multiple companies including Syndicate Protocol, Goldfinch, Jet Protocol, Tokr Labs, Ensuro, and MAJR. Mark's prior experience includes serving as Regulatory and Compliance Counsel for fintech and blockchain at Atrium from 2018 to 2020 and working as an Associate at K&L Gates from 2015 to 2017. Mark holds a Master of Laws in Securities and Financial Regulation from Georgetown University Law Center and a Juris Doctor from Loyola University Chicago School of Law, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Michigan State University.
