Scott Blackmon

Scott Blackmon has over 27 years of experience in the environmental and construction industries. Currently serving as a Project Manager at ENTACT, LLC since January 2023, Scott previously held the position of Construction Manager at USA Environment, LP from July 2003 to March 2023. Prior roles include Equipment Operator and Foreman at Eagle Environmental from March 2002 to June 2003, Heavy Equipment Operator at Bilfinger Tepsco Inc. from 2001 to 2002, and New Assembly/Remanufactured Valve Technician at Cooper Cameron Valves from 1999 to 2001. Scott began their career as a Heavy Equipment Operator and Foreman with various earth-moving and construction companies between 1996 and 1999.
