Rashad Chamberlain

Rashad Chamberlain has a strong background in information technology. Rashad is currently working as an Information Technology Team Lead at Entara since August 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Proven IT as an Information Technology Supervisor from September 2020 to August 2021, and as a Tier 3 engineer from September 2017 to August 2021. Before joining Proven IT, Rashad served as an IT Manager at East Lake Management & Development Corp. from September 2013 to January 2016. Rashad was responsible for supporting and maintaining end user desktops, virtual servers, Cisco VOIP configurations, and peripherals. Rashad also worked as an IT Support Specialist at Centers for New Horizons from April 2008 to September 2013, where they provided support for in-house computer systems, desktops, and peripherals. Prior to that, they launched their own web design enterprise, Intenseone Inc., in 2000. Rashad gained experience in web design and created over 32 websites for local businesses. Rashad also worked as an Assistant I.T. Manager at Arrow Messenger Service Inc. from August 2003 to February 2005, where they played a vital role in team support functions, web page construction, and network installation and support.

Rashad Chamberlain attended DePaul University from 1999 to 2003, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.
