Christian Callahan began their career in 2016 as a Recruitment Consultant for Frank Recruitment Group. In 2019, they joined Capgemini Invent as a Senior Recruiter and in 2021, they became a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner for PCS Retirement, LLC. Currently, they are a Senior Recruiter for Entech.

Christian Callahan received a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Penn State University in 2016, having begun their studies in 2012.
