Shruti Uchil

Shruti Uchil has over 17 years of work experience in the Human Resources and Marketing fields. Shruti began their career in 2004 as a Marketing Engineer at Dynalog India Ltd. In 2006, they moved to Collabera Inc. as an HR-Recruitment Specialist. Shruti then joined Continental in 2008 as an HR Business Partner. In 2021, they began working at Human Factor Corporation. as a Recruiter-Talent Acquisition. Currently, they are a Senior Technical Recruiter at Entech, where they help clients realize the true power of digital.

Shruti Uchil began their educational journey in 1998 when they attended Jyotinivas College, studying Science. Shruti then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the University BDT College of Engineering in India from 2000 to 2004. In 2007, they completed a Master of Business Administration in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from the Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning. In 2021, Shruti obtained a Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) certification from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile.
