Kim Mullahey

Vice President Of Human Resources, North America at Entegra

Kim Mullahey has extensive experience in Human Resources, particularly in leadership roles. In 2015, they joined Entegra as the Human Resource Vice President. Kim then moved on to Sodexo, where they currently hold the position of Vice President, Human Resources for Entegra & Government North America. In this role, they are responsible for directing all people functions of Sodexo's Government business segment in North America. This includes overseeing talent management, career interviews, and processes for employees at the regional level and below. Kim also represents the segment at the regional talent committee and supports the development of business goals through diversity and inclusion. Additionally, their role focuses on creating a globally effective environment to improve the quality of life for segment employees, including their engagement, retention, development, and productivity.

Kim Mullahey obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Stockton University. More recently, Kim has pursued an Executive Development Certification at Cornell University.
