Roberto Padron Gil has over 14 years of experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Chef, Manager, and F&B Professional at various establishments including Madison's Grill, Sunterra Market, L'azia, and Dante's Bistro. From 2011 to 2022, they were employed at Ecolab, where they held various roles such as Route Manager, Territory Manager, Distributor Sales Development Manager, and District Manager. Currently, since August 2022, Roberto is serving as the Director of Business Solutions at Entegra.
Roberto Padron Gil, RSE completed their education with a specialization in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from NAIT (Northern Alberta Institute of Technology) in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Father Mercredi High School in 1998. Roberto began their academic journey at Colegio Serafin de Asis, where they completed their Grade school education. Additionally, they received certifications such as the Red Seal - Chef from NAIT and certifications in Emerging Leader and Manager Essentials from Ecolab.
