Bill Shaner

Since 2016, Bill has led the company’s Advanced Materials Handling division. This division develops solutions to monitor, protect, transport, and deliver critical liquid chemistries, wafers, and other substrates for a broad set of applications in the semiconductor industry. His responsibilities include P&L, operations, and R&D as well as leadership for the Wafer Shipping, Wafer Reticle and Handling, Fluid Handling and the Liquid Packaging and Dispense business units.

Since joining Entegris in 1995, Bill has held numerous functional positions in manufacturing operations, engineering, product management, sales and service. Prior to his current role, he managed all manufacturing, logistics and supply chain activities for Entegris.

With more than 20 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, Bill has been a critical contributor in helping the company transition from 150 mm to 300 mm wafer handling and guiding development of advanced reticle/mask handling solutions.

Bill holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering and technology from Colorado State University and an MBA from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs.
