David Medeiros

David Medeiros has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. David is currently working at Entegris as a Senior Director of Engineering. Prior to this, they held the position of Vice President of Global Engineering at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from April 2019 to April 2021. David also worked as a Senior Director of Patterning at GLOBALFOUNDRIES from July 2015 to April 2019.

Before joining GLOBALFOUNDRIES, David had a long career at IBM where they held various roles. David served as the Director of Patterning from March 2010 to July 2015, Senior Manager of Patterning Research from June 2007 to March 2010, Manager of Advanced Lithography Research from April 2005 to May 2007, Manager of Microelectronics Research Laboratory from December 2003 to March 2005, Technical Assistant to the Director of Silicon Technology from November 2002 to December 2003, and Research Staff Member from July 1998 to November 2002.
