Kate Reilly

Kate Reilly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in program management and strategic operations, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Programs at Entegris since May 2022. Previously, Kate held multiple roles at CMC Materials, including Senior Program Manager for Advanced Pads Development and Chief of Staff for Electronic Materials, while also managing corporate relations and investor communications. With a background in IT engineering and project management across various companies, including AgileTek and Telution, Kate has a robust skill set in software development and customer communications. Kate holds a Bachelor of Science in General Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
