Tsuyoshi Masuda

Tsuyoshi Masuda has a strong background in product design and research and development (R&D) management. Tsuyoshi is currently working at Entegris as the Chief Product Designer and R&D Manager since July 2022. Prior to that, they held similar positions at CMC Materials from January to December 2022 and at Cabot Microelectronics from January 2001 to May 2022. At Cabot Microelectronics, they served as an R&D Technologist, Commercialization Engineer, Product Development Engineer, and Process Engineer. Before their time at Cabot Microelectronics, Tsuyoshi worked as a Member of R&D at Oji Paper from April 1997 to January 2000.

Tsuyoshi Masuda completed their Bachelor of Engineering degree at the University of Tokyo from 1987 to 1991. Tsuyoshi then pursued their Master's in Applied Chemistry at the University of Tokyo from 1995 to 1997. Recently, from 2018 to 2020, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management of Technology and Business Management from Kwansei Gakuin University. In terms of additional certifications, they acquired certifications in project management strategies and strategic negotiation from LinkedIn in 2023. Tsuyoshi also completed the "Mastering Management Essentials" program and the "Launch into Leadership" program from ExecOnline, Inc. in 2023 and 2022, respectively.
