Fenton Aylmer has extensive work experience in the financial and risk management field. Fenton is currently working at Entelligent as the Product Market and Banking Partnerships Strategy Lead Partner, where they focus on analyzing climate scenarios to assess the impact on companies and industries within a bank's loan portfolio. Previously, they founded and served as the President of Donadea, Inc., where they helped companies develop risk-aware strategies. Additionally, they worked as a University Lecturer at Columbia University, Treasurer at LAHU-USA, Chief Risk Officer at New York Community Bancorp, and in various roles at Citi, including MD, Head of Business Practice and Conduct, MD, Head of Operational Risk, and MD, North America Head of Enterprise Risk Management. Fenton also held positions at Ernst & Young, KPMG, and BMO Financial Group. Fenton Aylmer will assume the role of Chief Executive Officer at RiskCounts in 2022.
Fenton Aylmer first attended Selwyn House from 1976 to 1983, where they did not pursue any specific degree or field of study. Later, they enrolled at Concordia University from 1986 to 1990, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Literature and Philosophy. In 1992, Fenton Aylmer attended Trinity College Dublin, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on General studies in 1993.
