Rick Saporta

Rick Saporta has over 15 years of work experience in the data, analytics, and business intelligence fields. From 2007 to 2011, they worked as a BI Implementation Specialist at Phocas Software. Rick then served as an Account Manager/Sales Engineer at Advanced Systems Concepts, Inc. from 2011 to 2013. In 2013, they began working at Next Big Sound, Inc. as a Data Scientist Co-op. Later that same year, they joined The Orchard as a Data Scientist and then a Director of Data Science & Business Intelligence. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as Vice President of Data at VYDIA. In 2019, they joined The Farmer's Dog as Head of Data Strategy and Insights. Since 2016, they have also served as a Board Member of the Rutgers Professional Science Master's Program. In 2022, they began working at Entera as Senior Vice President of Data, where they are responsible for building out next generation data systems, unearthing insights, and bringing to life cutting edge data science.

Rick Saporta holds a Masters of Business and Science in Data Analytics from Rutgers University, obtained in 2014. Rick also holds a B.A. in Mathematics and Psychology from Rutgers University, obtained in 2004. Additionally, in 2019, they obtained a certification in Strategy, Competitive Advantage from edX.
