Katie Damratoski possesses extensive experience in communications, particularly within the energy sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Employee Communications at Entergy since September 2010, Katie has effectively leveraged communications expertise to shape business strategies related to incident response, safety, security, and operational excellence. Previous roles include Senior Lead Communicator and Senior Communications Specialist, with a focus on employee communications across various aspects of business continuity and Entergy's nuclear fleet. Prior to Entergy, Katie contributed as a Graduate Assistant at Southeastern Louisiana University, overseeing a team responsible for organizing diverse events while enhancing communications and marketing strategies. Katie holds a Master of Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing from Southeastern Louisiana University.
