Rory T. Williams

Rory T. Williams is an accomplished professional in the engineering and energy sectors, currently serving as Team Leader in Control Room Operations and Team Leader for Plant Assets at Entergy since February 2018. With extensive experience at FirstEnergy from June 2000 to February 2018 as an Engineer IV, Williams managed projects and led turbine operations, overseeing 14 major turbine generator planned outage projects. Prior to this, significant contributions were made as an Industrial Utilization Engineer at Hope Gas - Dominion Resources and a Staff Engineer at Automotive Research Technologies. Williams also held a leadership role on the Board of Directors for the United Way of Harrison County, including serving as Past President. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from West Virginia University and an Associate Degree in Construction Technology from Boise State University. Military service as a Structural Specialist in the United States Air Force provided foundational skills in base maintenance.
