Taiwan Brown

Taiwan Brown is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in diversity, workforce strategies, and organizational development. Currently serving as Vice President of Diversity & Workforce Strategies at Entergy since January 2021, Taiwan previously held positions at RealPage, Inc., where responsibilities included overseeing the RealPage Learning Center and developing leadership programs. Prior to RealPage, Taiwan worked at Texas Instruments in various roles, including Talent Development Manager, where skills in talent management and leadership development programs were developed and implemented. Taiwan has an M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Dallas and multiple degrees in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University.
