Kate Romano Armado

Kate Romano Armado has a strong background in banking and finance. Kate is currently working as a Senior Vice President of Business Development at Enterprise Bank & Trust starting from 2022. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP, Commercial Banking Manager at California Bank and Trust from 2019 to 2022.

Before their time at California Bank and Trust, Kate worked at Opus Bank for several years in various roles. Kate was the FVP, Director of Sales Integration from 2016 to 2018, where they supported and integrated the sales divisions of the bank. Kate also served as the VP, Director of Relationship Banking from 2013 to 2018, leading the relationship banking department. Kate began their career at Opus Bank as an AVP in Relationship Banking in 2012. In addition to their banking career, Kate Romano Armado was a Committee Member at March of Dimes from 2010 to 2013. Before that, they worked as a Senior Staffing Manager specializing in Accounting and Finance recruitment and placement at Robert Half International from 2008 to 2010. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Senior Financial Analyst at The Ayco Company, L.P. from 2004 to 2008, where they provided financial counseling to executives and also served as a head trainer.
