Eero Liivandi

Eero Liivandi possesses extensive experience in customer service and business management, currently serving as the Head of Customer Service Department at Enterprise Estonia since June 2017, overseeing a team of 15 business advisors and focusing on key and growth customers. Previous roles include Head of Growth Customers Department at Enterprise Estonia and Head of Business Client Department at AS G4S Eesti, where responsibilities encompassed team building, strategic negotiations, and CRM system development. Eero also held various positions including Project Manager R&D and County Manager, alongside sales roles in earlier career stages. Eero holds an MBA in Management in the Digital Era and a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Estonian Business School, complemented by a technical education in Car Engineering from Tallinn's Higher Technical School.
