Tarmo Pruuli

Tarmo Pruuli is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in security, law enforcement, and business management. Currently serving as Key Account Manager at Enterprise Estonia since September 2018, Tarmo facilitates the growth of Estonian companies. As Chief Executive Officer of Koduandur since November 2019, Tarmo oversees a service focused on elderly care through motion sensor technology. Tarmo also holds the position of CEO at CrabSec since August 2016, leading a security start-up. Previous roles include researcher at Navanti Group, adviser in the Law Enforcement and Criminal Policy Department at the Estonian Ministry of the Interior, and security adviser at the Estonian Ministry of Justice, where Tarmo managed significant security systems projects. Tarmo began the career as Customer Service Manager at G4S. Tarmo holds a Master’s Degree in International Relations and Affairs from the University of Tartu and has completed courses at the Baltic Defence College and Estonian Public Service Academy.
